A regional brand activation and experiential marketing agency with presence across the Middle East. They are now seeking a driven leader to revitalize and grow its business while leveraging regional capabilities.
Role Overview:
We’re partnering with a regional experiential marketing agency to find a senior leader ready to own their next chapter. If you’re tired of P&L “ownership” without the upside, here’s your shot at building the UAE business of an established powerhouse, with full autonomy and partnership potential. Think founder-led agility meets operational stability. The agency has deep roots in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, and now wants a Dubai-based leader to unlock the next growth curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run the regional office with entrepreneurial ownership, drive it like a business, not a branch.
- Offer regional clients execution power, especially across Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
- Own client relationships, drive BD, close deals.
- Monetize the agency’s legacy, strong team, regional infra, and brand equity.
- Cross-pollinate markets, collaborate with KSA & Iraq teams, and represent the business publicly.
Your Profile:
- 10–20 years of experience in brand activation, events, or marketing services.
- Strong network and business development experience in the UAE.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and leadership.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Open to equity or profit-share structure.
