A leading organisation in the consumer health space, currently looking to hire a Medical Detailing & RTM Manager to strengthen field force leadership and drive structured healthcare professional engagement across the market.
Role Overview
This role will lead the end-to-end medical detailing agenda, ensuring strong go-to-market execution, high-quality field force performance, and effective HCP engagement through a structured, data-driven approach. You will play a key role in improving execution standards, optimising territory coverage, and aligning field activity with broader commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly GTM plans aligned to brand priorities and HCP segmentation
- Drive coverage and frequency models to ensure effective reach and engagement across target HCP segments
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to deliver strong and consistent field execution
- Track and improve field performance through key KPIs including call quality, coverage, frequency, and productivity
- Optimise territory planning, resource allocation, and overall field force effectiveness
- Ensure all detailing activities are compliant with internal standards and local regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure communication is accurate, impactful, and consistent
- Leverage field data and insights to improve HCP engagement and influence recommendation
- Build strong relationships with key HCPs and opinion leaders to support brand advocacy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align detailing strategy with wider commercial objectives
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health, with at least 3 years in field force leadership or detailing management
- Proven experience in GTM planning and execution within a detailing-led environment
- Strong track record of managing and developing medical representatives to improve performance
- Good understanding of HCP engagement models, segmentation, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to analyse field performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability and results
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
