Your Role
As the Electro Section Manager, you will lead a key product category, driving both commercial performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior management to strengthen category performance, improve channel execution, and ensure sustainable growth across the market. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business impact.
Must-Have
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG, distribution, or consumer goods
- Proven experience managing a category or product segment
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Solid knowledge of distribution channels and market execution
- Middle East experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
