A leading organization undergoing a phase of operational excellence and supply chain transformation. They are focused on building resilient sourcing strategies to support growth and sustainability. This role is pivotal in ensuring continuity of supply and driving cost optimization across critical raw materials and packaging.

Your Role

You will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for core commodities and packaging materials. From monitoring global markets to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships, your mandate is to secure sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply chains. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align procurement with business objectives, while driving innovation and sustainability in packaging.

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Agricultural Economics; Master’s or CIPS/CPSM preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity trading — agro commodity.
  • Strong knowledge of global agro commodity markets, trade flows, and import/export regulations.
  • Expertise in contract law, Incoterms, and international logistics.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
