Your Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. Acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, you will shape the financial roadmap, strengthen investor confidence, and ensure the organization’s continued success as a publicly listed entity.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and Board requirements expected of a listed organization.
Investor Relations
- Serve as the financial representative of the company to investors and analysts.
- Build trust through transparent communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and revenue management.
- Drive cash flow optimization and working capital strategies to support growth.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to integrate financial insights into strategic and operational decisions.
- Position finance as a driver of performance and value creation.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring
- Lead due diligence and evaluate potential acquisitions.
- Oversee integration and restructuring initiatives to maximize business impact.
Corporate Governance
- Enhance governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Ensure alignment with public-listed standards and regulatory expectations.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage key relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners.
Leadership
- Build and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Must Have
- Professional qualification: CA, CPA, or CMA.
- 20+ years of senior finance leadership experience within publicly listed consumer goods organizations; manufacturing exposure is an advantage.
- Expertise in financial modeling, ERP implementation, strategy, risk management, and investor relations.
- Strong background in acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate integration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at Board and investor levels.
- Regional or global experience with willingness to relocate if required.
