Our client is a technology-led enterprise business entering its next phase of growth in Saudi Arabia. The foundations are in place, early traction has been established, and the mandate now is clear: disciplined, aggressive scale.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a build mandate.
With Group CEO backing and Board visibility, the business is positioned to accelerate revenue, deepen sector penetration, and convert opportunity into long-term enterprise relationships. Saudi Arabia is the immediate focus, with clear potential for broader regional leadership once the market is firmly established.
Your Role
As Country CEO – KSA, you will lead the commercial scale-up of the Saudi operation.
You inherit:
- An existing cross-functional team across sales, operations, account management, and support
- Active pipeline conversations across fleet-heavy industries
- Early engagement with insurers and data partners
- Authority to shape hiring, sector prioritization, and partnerships within agreed strategy and budget
Your mandate is to:
- Drive revenue growth and build predictable ARR
- Convert pipeline into long-term enterprise contracts
- Strengthen penetration across logistics, energy, and government-linked entities
- Develop strategic insurance and data partnerships
- Build credibility with anchor accounts and institutional stakeholders
- Operate with EBITDA discipline and board-level accountability
Success will be measured by revenue scale, commercial execution, and the strength of enterprise relationships built in-market.
Must-Have
We are looking for a proven builder, not a caretaker.
You bring:
- A demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology-enabled solutions
- Strong commercial acumen across ARR models, unit economics, and EBITDA discipline
- Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- A history of hiring and leading high-performance commercial teams
- Board-level exposure and the ability to defend strategy with data
Most importantly, you have real, active relationships in the Saudi market that convert. If you have taken a technology business from early traction to meaningful scale in KSA — and can clearly articulate how you did it — this role is for you.
