Our Client
Our client is a diversified group based in Dubai launching a new College built to international standards. The institution is designed to develop future leaders in finance and banking while establishing a strong academic legacy in the region. With a focus on innovation, quality, and global relevance, the College aims to integrate modern financial disciplines including fintech, AI, and digital finance into its academic framework.
Your Role
As part of the founding academic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the academic and student affairs framework of the College. You will ensure academic excellence, strong faculty coordination, student engagement, and full compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
You will support curriculum development, academic planning, and program evaluation across finance and banking disciplines, ensuring alignment with international accreditation bodies and UAE regulatory requirements.
You will also contribute to faculty recruitment, scheduling, development, and performance oversight, while monitoring learning outcomes and overall program effectiveness.
On the student affairs side, you will lead advising, academic counseling, retention initiatives, student engagement programs, internships, and career coordination. You will oversee orientation, progression, and grievance management processes to ensure a fair, transparent, and student-centered academic environment.
Strategically, you will contribute to academic planning, budgeting, accreditation processes, and committee participation, while building partnerships with financial institutions and industry stakeholders to strengthen real-world integration.
Must-Have
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of academic experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative capacity
- Strong knowledge of international accreditation standards and UAE regulatory frameworks
- Experience in academic quality assurance and student development
- Exposure to fintech, digital finance, AI, or data analytics within finance education
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
- Data-driven, compliance-oriented, and student-centered mindset
- Open to candidates based in or outside the UAE, preferably with current or prior UAE exposure
