A dominant player in the region’s beverage and consumer goods space—present in households across the GCC. Their legacy is well-established, but the next phase demands sharper commercial execution, faster decision-making, and leadership that can bring structure, discipline, and momentum to the organization.
Your Role
This is a transformation mandate, not a maintenance role.
You will oversee the full commercial spectrum: sales, trade, marketing, category, revenue growth, and pricing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for rebuilding what needs fixing, scaling what works, and challenging long-held assumptions.
Key expectations include:
- Resetting the go-to-market model across Saudi and the GCC
- Leading sales with structure, clarity, and commercial rigor
- Shaping brand direction with consumer-driven insight
- Fixing pricing, trade terms, channel strategy, and margin discipline
- Partnering with operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure strategy converts into real growth
If you have redesigned trade terms, turned around underperforming portfolios, or brought edge and accountability to commercial teams—you already understand what this role requires.
Must Have
- 18+ years of FMCG commercial leadership experience
- Deep and proven Saudi market experience—non-negotiable
- Background in beverages, dairy, or food categories
- Experience leading large teams and making tough commercial decisions
- A willingness to call out what isn’t working—and the capability to fix it
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with a strong and clear point of view
