The business partners with some of the region’s leading hospitality groups, foodservice operators, healthcare institutions, and commercial organizations, helping them improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and long-term business performance.
As part of an exciting growth phase, they are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive regional expansion and strengthen strategic customer partnerships across a diverse portfolio of markets.
Your Role
This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for accelerating business growth across multiple countries while leading a team of experienced commercial professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies, expanding strategic customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving sustainable commercial performance across the region. This role requires a strong balance of business leadership, customer engagement, team development, and strategic execution, working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional commercial operations across multiple markets within the Middle East and Africa
- Develop and execute growth plans focused on customer retention, expansion, and new market opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships with major regional and multinational customers
- Drive business performance through effective commercial planning and execution
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into growth opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Must Haves
- Proven experience leading commercial teams across multiple countries.
- Strong track record of delivering profitable business growth.
- Experience managing large strategic customer portfolios within B2B environment.
- Background within foodservice, Personal care & hygine, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building customer relationships at a senior level.
- Experience operating within multinational and matrix organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and strategic thinking skills
- Exposure to Middle East and Africa markets is highly desirable.
