Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Board Member to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and executive leadership team. This is not a ceremonial position — it is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who has helped founder-led businesses scale, reset, or list. You will bring a blend of governance expertise and growth mindset to help guide the organization through its next phase of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner to the Founder, offering strategic counsel on growth decisions with an institutional lens.
- Guide capital deployment, operational transparency, audit controls, and ESG posture.
- Contribute to long-term strategy, brand architecture, market entry decisions, and commercial scalability.
- Provide steady leadership during complex transitions — from private ambition to public accountability.
- Act as a governance anchor, strategic architect, and cultural steward, ensuring alignment between entrepreneurial agility and public market discipline.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a board member or senior executive in founder-led businesses, particularly those that have scaled or gone public.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, capital markets, and institutional growth frameworks.
- Strong track record of guiding companies through strategic inflection points, including IPO readiness.
- Ability to challenge and support leadership with equal measure, bringing clarity and structure to complex decisions.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
