Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG organization with a strong portfolio of international and regional food brands. As part of their growth strategy within the Food Service channel, they are looking for a Food Service Manager to drive commercial performance and strengthen relationships across the HoReCa sector in Saudi Arabia.
Your Role
As Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Food Service business across key customer segments including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, bakeries, and institutional accounts. You will lead customer engagement, identify new business opportunities, manage distributor relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Food Service channel strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage relationships with key customers across HoReCa, catering, and institutional channels.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Drive product listings, menu placements, and customer-specific growth initiatives.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure effective market coverage and execution.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports.
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Food Service / HoReCa sales experience.
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory.
- Prior Saudi Arabia market experience is mandatory.
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and foodservice operators.
- Experience working with distributors and key account customers.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive channel growth.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
