Our Client

A diversified group based in Dubai, is launching a new College. Built to international standards, the college aims to develop future leaders in banking and finance and establish a lasting academic legacy in the region.

Role Overview

Supports the Dean in shaping and managing the academic and student framework of the College. Ensures academic quality, strong faculty coordination, student engagement, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, acting as a key bridge between faculty, students, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Affairs

  • Support curriculum development, academic planning, and program evaluation for finance and banking programs.
  • Ensure alignment with international accreditation bodies and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in faculty recruitment, development, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor academic quality, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
  • Drive integration of fintech, AI, data analytics, and digital finance into curricula.

Student Affairs

  • Lead student advising, academic counseling, and retention initiatives.
  • Support student activities, leadership programs, competitions, and experiential learning.
  • Oversee student orientation, progression, internships, and career coordination.
  • Manage student grievances and academic matters fairly and transparently.

Strategic and Operational

  • Contribute to strategic planning and academic operations.
  • Participate in budgeting related to academic and student affairs.
  • Represent the College in accreditation processes and academic committees.
  • Build partnerships with financial institutions and industry stakeholders.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of academic experience, including 3+ years in leadership or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation standards and modern finance education.
  • Experience in student development and quality assurance.
