A high-growth FMCG business with a strong footprint in Saudi Arabia and clear ambitions to scale market share, execution quality, and commercial capability across modern trade, traditional trade, key customers, and export markets. The company is investing in senior leadership to strengthen route-to-market, sharpen revenue management, and build a sales organization that can win consistently in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
Your Role
You will own the end-to-end sales engine and the commercial operating rhythm of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially strong leader who can set strategic direction, build capable sales leaders, and remain close to execution, numbers, and the market.
You will align the sales strategy with the company’s growth plan, translate targets into clear channel strategies, and ensure disciplined field execution. The role requires strengthening key account management, distributor performance, and sales capability while partnering closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and the CEO to ensure commercial decisions are effectively delivered.
Key focus areas include driving revenue growth, distribution expansion, market share gains, and scaling the export business. You will embed revenue management principles across pricing, promotions, trade terms, and pack architecture, while building a high-performance sales culture through coaching, clarity, and accountability.
Your Role:
- 18+ years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 5 years in a national or multi-region leadership role
- Deep Saudi Arabia market experience (essential)
- Proven ability to build teams, upgrade talent, and create a strong performance culture
- Strong commercial capability across pricing, promotions, trade terms, and customer profitability
- Comfortable working directly with CEO and board-level stakeholders with full accountability for results
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to improve execution and outcomes
- Fluency in Arabic is important for this role
