Role Overview

The role requires a visionary yet hands-on commercial leader who can shape strategy, launch new SKUs, build brands, and unlock market opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify white space opportunities and launch products that resonate with target markets
- Scale operations and build brand presence from the factory floor outward
- Lead cross-functional teams and align leadership around a shared growth vision
- Optimize existing assets while exploring new investments and expansion opportunities
Your Profile
- 15+ years of experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong commercial acumen with regional exposure, especially in Iraq or similar frontier markets
- Hands-on leadership style with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Proven track record of building or scaling commercial functions in emerging environments
- Strategic thinker with executional grit — someone who knows what’s coming next and how to prepare for it
