Job Description

Our Client:A leading conglomerate in the Middle East.

Role Overview:

This isn’t just an HR leadership role—it’s workforce architecture at scale. You’ll be driving end-to-end people planning for one of the region’s most complex and high-velocity workforces. Over 8,000 employees across multiple verticals, fast-moving retail footprints, and a business where operational continuity is non-negotiable. This is not a greenfield HR setup, but it does need structure, rhythm, and the kind of leadership that thrives on data, discipline, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full HR lifecycle.
  • Design and implement workforce planning models aligned to growth and seasonal demand
  • Lead talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations
  • Build manpower budgeting processes that are both agile and cost-grounded
  • Partner with operations and business heads to solve for real-time gaps and long-term capability pipelines
  • Lead teams across HR operations, shared services, and org design in a highly decentralized model

Your Profile:

  • 20+ years in HR with a strong foundation in people planning, org structuring, and workforce analytics
  • Retail/FMCG experience in the GCC where the pace is high and decisions are frontline-driven
  • Ability to scale people systems across distributed teams, blue- and white-collar segments, and dynamic commercial models
  • Fluency with HR data, digitization, and ERP systems
  • Must be based in—or willing to relocate to—Riyadh

Next Steps: Upload your resume via our ATS platform and ensure all form details are complete. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5-7 working days for a more detailed discussion about the role. Please note, due to high application volumes, we will only respond to shortlisted profiles.
