Our Client: A leading property developer and consultant company in the Kingdom.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mall Manager to lead the operations, tenant relations, and commercial success of one of their properties in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maximizing occupancy, enhancing footfall, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while managing the asset’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily operations of the mall, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service functions.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to enhance the mall’s performance and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their operational needs and ensuring lease compliance.
  • Monitor and control operational budgets, operating expenses, and revenue streams to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Coordinate with the leasing team to support tenant mix optimization and occupancy targets.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team to drive footfall and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to within the mall premises.
  • Manage third-party service providers and contractors to ensure service quality and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for value enhancement within the mall.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mall management, retail property management, or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of mall operations, leasing processes, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage tenant and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the retail landscape of the Eastern Province is preferred.
