Your Role: There is a fierce competition in modern trade and your track record talks about category leadership, winning the shelf, growing market share, and making promotions work. You have strong relationships and networks across the major hypermarkets and supermarkets. Delivering profitable growth through sharp planning, execution, and negotiations.

Manage relationships with top modern trade accounts (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Choithrams, Union Coop, etc.) Negotiate annual business plans (JBPs), trading terms, pricing strategies, and promotional investments. Develop and execute customer-specific strategies — from product listings and display execution to marketing activations. Monitor category performance, market share, and competitive activity to influence planning. Work closely with supply chain to ensure perfect order delivery and on-shelf availability. Drive in-store visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution.

Must-Have:

10+ years of experience in modern trade channels in the FMCG industry preferably with food/ protein/ snacks/ commodities. Strong understanding of category management, promotional ROI, and pricing strategy. You talk about increased revenue and market share. Effective JBP execution and ROI positive investments.
