Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Leader to be based in Africa, responsible for managing distributor relationships and driving business growth across the region. You will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong partnerships with key clients and distributors. This role also involves negotiating contracts, overseeing distribution channels, and ensuring efficient product delivery and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage distributor relationships to drive business growth across the African market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key distributors and partners.
  • Oversee distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing and trade initiatives.
  • Manage regional budgets and optimize logistics to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong field presence and foster long-term client relationships.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
  • Experience in handling multiple distributors across a region.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Africa for market visits and field execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
