Our client:

A well-established food company is looking for a commercial finance leader to set up and drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) helping the business make smarter pricing, trade spending, and profitability decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function for the business.
  • Focus on improving pricing, trade spending, customer segmentation, and product mix to grow sales and profit.
  • Turn financial data into simple, practical actions that help the business grow today and in the future.
  • Lead and develop the RGM team, making sure processes run smoothly and deliver results.
  • Continuously improve ways of working by bringing in global best practices to boost performance and efficiency.

Your Profile;

  • 10+ years of commercial finance experience, with proven success in leading RGM or similar revenue growth projects.
  • Industry background in consumer goods or food is a must.
  • Strong with numbers and data, able to work with different teams, and confident in influencing senior leadership.
