Our client:
A well-established food company is looking for a commercial finance leader to set up and drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) helping the business make smarter pricing, trade spending, and profitability decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function for the business.
- Focus on improving pricing, trade spending, customer segmentation, and product mix to grow sales and profit.
- Turn financial data into simple, practical actions that help the business grow today and in the future.
- Lead and develop the RGM team, making sure processes run smoothly and deliver results.
- Continuously improve ways of working by bringing in global best practices to boost performance and efficiency.
Your Profile;
- 10+ years of commercial finance experience, with proven success in leading RGM or similar revenue growth projects.
- Industry background in consumer goods or food is a must.
- Strong with numbers and data, able to work with different teams, and confident in influencing senior leadership.
