Our client: With a portfolio of much-loved consumer brands and a track record of high-impact growth, our client is looking for a seasoned headhunter to join their in-house talent acquisition team.
Role Overview:
You are the strategic headhunter behind the scenes—managing everything from senior business-critical hires and leadership hiring for business units.. As TA Manager, you’re not just filling roles; you’re building the backbone of tomorrow’s leadership bench.
Own Leadership Hiring Strategy: Manage leadership hiring across business verticals.
- CXO Search Oversight: For C-suite roles, partner with internal stakeholders and external search partners to lead exclusive mandates with discipline, discretion, and depth.
- TA Process Design & Scale: Build scalable, compliant hiring processes across leadership and Senior mid-level roles—including TAT SLAs, funnel visibility, and hiring metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HRDs, business heads, and group HRBPs to define hiring needs, org charts, compensation benchmarks, and approval workflows.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, appoint, and manage recruitment firms and RPOs; ensure ROI tracking, quality control, and performance reviews.
- Reporting & Governance: Build dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready TA reports; align hiring with SoWs, PO/PRs, and governance frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Coach and guide internal recruiters, upskill HR teams on interviewing, calibration, onboarding, and process integrity.
- Diversity & Employer Brand: Collaborate with COEs on employer branding and DEI hiring goals for senior positions.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3–5 years in a regional/in-house leadership TA role
- Proven track record in executive hiring, preferably from retained search or hybrid backgrounds
- Ability to manage complex hiring cycles, across geographies and business units
- Strong commercial acumen; able to influence comp structures, hiring budgets, and candidate negotiation
- Deep knowledge of TA systems (ATS), dashboarding tools, and vendor contracts
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Calm under pressure, credible in the boardroom, and passionate about talent
- Strategic but hands-on: knows when to delegate, when to roll up sleeves
- Clear communicator, grounded, and structured in follow-through
