Role Purpose:
You’ll own critical leadership mandates from intake to onboarding and bring retained-search discipline into an agile in-house setup. If you’ve run CXO mandates before and love translating business strategy into talent impact, this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Leadership Mandates: Manage confidential and business-critical hiring across diverse sectors—consumer goods/ retail.
- Define Search Strategy: Conduct org mapping, succession scoping, talent competitor analysis, and longlist development.
- Candidate Assessment: Run structured interviews and psychographic assessments to evaluate leadership style, values, and impact fit.
- Executive-Grade Documentation: Prepare professional candidate reports and influence hiring decisions through storytelling and data.
- Governance & Integrity: Ensure all mandates follow internal governance protocols—SoW creation, offer protocols, documentation.
- Market Intelligence: Build and maintain live leadership pipelines, succession plans, and talent heatmaps for future readiness.
- Search Partner Oversight: Where required, engage and manage third-party firms while maintaining internal control and value alignment.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years in executive search (retained or in-house), managing leadership mandates
- Sector fluency across consumer, retail, healthcare, or industrial verticals
- Mastery in confidential search processes, interview depth, and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent written and verbal skills for producing executive summaries and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, organizational mapping capability, and understanding of compensation structures
