Our Client

A privately held FMCG manufacturing group with a strong footprint in consumer goods and hygiene products.

Your Role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, controls, and cash-flow discipline for the Qatar operation. This is a hands-on role with direct visibility to ownership and senior management, supporting business expansion, export finance, and operational decision-making.

You will work closely with operations, sales, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong working capital management, and audit-ready financial processes in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.

Must-Have

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA / ACCA / CPA strongly preferred

• Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, consumer goods, or export-oriented businesses

• Strong hands-on capability in cash-flow management, working capital, and financial controls

• Exposure to trade finance, export documentation, and banking coordination

• Experience working in owner-led or closely held business environments

• Ability to manage and develop a small finance team

• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Willingness to work on-site in Doha with limited travel as required
