Ensure availability of treated water, simple/finished syrup, and finished juice/milk-based beverages as per finished goods production plan that adhere to company specifications and international standards.Train and update process SOPs based on new Technical Guidelines from the company and available technology based beverages as per international standards.Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in compliance with Food Safety Management System, HSE and the Best Practice Tools. FSSC22000 Compliance.Comply with the food safety, quality, applicable national and international standards based on FSSC requirements and PRPs. Internal Audit, AIB Audit, FSSC Audit.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/Industrial). Food Technologist is an alternative.
At least 7 years working experience in ingredient mixing for FMCG manufacturing industry particularly in Dairy and Juice industry. Experience in Still Bottled Water is an advantage. Deep knowledge and experience in implementation of FSSC22000.
Thorough knowledge of applicable GSO standards for related Milk-based beverages, juice beverages, still bottled water and other ready to drink beverages. Knowledge of process set-up and machine design for Milk-based and Juice beverages preparation is an advantage.
