Aligning hiring managers and setting the expectations right when it comes to talent in the market. The role will demand a lot of time as its massive region to manage. Understanding of different culture and geographies in MEA will be an added advantage.

This is going to be a challenging role so we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working within a challenging recruitment environment, and who really understands recruitment challenges across different levels. You’ll be fully aware of modern sourcing techniques, talent mapping and creating a robust pipeline for different roles across the region. Proactive approach towards hiring is MUST. Looking for someone with a mix of agency and corporate recruitment background with 10 + years of experience. Age – Not over 40 years. Must have experience in expat hiring. If you can speak Arabic that would be a big PLUS.
