We are looking to expand our team of 360 degree recruiters and would want people who can work smart and enjoy the roller coaster world of recruitment and its ever changing landscape. While the GCC has historically been our main play area we have over the past 8+ years done substantial body of work in the emerging markets of Africa …the same old same old does not agree with us a team and we continuously dive deep into new markets. Managing multiple industry verticals and countries you should have prior experience in delivering superior value to your client and candidate base. Just relying on social media to save your bacon is not how we play the game… so only job board/social media reliance for talent acquisition would not work with the current way of life at mindfield. You should have experience in recruiting from the mid to the senior levels. Experience in hiring in the digital space would be an added advantage .You should have independently handled mandates, have a consultative approach and a solution seeking mind-set.
Candidates need to carry hard-core recruiting experience as you would have already gone through the trials and tribulations of changing goal posts and are sufficiently road worthy to be able to handle the near impossible deadlines, work in different time zones and work across different cultures and mind-sets. These positions would sit well with people who are 60% hunters and 40% farmers by nature.
