Based at the plant, the main role of this position is to assist the HR Business Partner in the execution of HR strategic plans.A special focus would be on: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Labour relations with employees, liaise with local authorities and special HR Projects. ou will be responsible for include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance, Solid communication skills. BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field with 5 years of experience. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role.
