To grow the division’s portfolio of brands and acquiring new brands in addition to set up the business plan of the division along with goals and objectives, budgets, marketing and commercial plans in alignment with the Groups’ strategic direction for the short and long term. Conduct strategic meetings with key suppliers, marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to negotiate commercial conditions (margins, animations, exclusivity, incentives, promotions, discounts, etc.) Acquiring and pitching for distribution of new brands to grow the current portfolio. Review the stores performance, sales targets, marketing activities, staff training and development and recommend marketing mix for existing stores and new openings.
Minimum of 10+year’s exp in Fragrances and cosmetics industry. Solid understanding and knowledge of brand marketing, and retail business. Commercially minded with a strong business acumen. KSA market experience is mandatory. Excellent communicator; comfortable dealing with key stakeholders and building relationships. Strong financial capabilities to manage P&L and price structures.
