You will be responsible for Strategizing and manage the operations of the Human Resources Department. The role will drive excellence in talent, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with the leadership and senior management teams. Degree holder in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 8+ years’ experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations. You will be proactive; solutions focused, agile and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role.
