The Employment Lawyer / HR-Legal will support the Employee Relations team across all areas of Human Resources including; employment law, HR best practice, HR policy development, Labor issues and other ER oriented work. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working as an Employment Lawyer or Employee Relations Specialist with a focus on the legal obligations of the company. You will have a passion for best practice and employment law issues as well as a good practical working knowledge of ER policy and should be able to work independently.
