Performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR Policies and Internal communication would fall under your purview. You need to be someone who looks at the Talent Management function as a REAL NECESSITY and not just window dressing.. Ability to develop a culture that fosters inclusiveness and an organization that is “battle ready” for the sweeping changes that have been a part of the ME ecosystem for the last few years.
Deep expertise in professional talent management and development, Strong understanding of business operations. Impeccable communicator, ability to manage stress and solution seeking mindset. 10+ years’ experience in HR with 4+ years’ direct experience in Talent Management space. Experience in leadership development of senior executives.
Fluency in English and Arabic is an absolute must have.
