Job Description

To maintain and organize the daily office operations and procedures by ensuring organizational effectiveness that lead to increasing gross profit. Oversees administrative areas of responsibility such as facilities, external suppliers, office cleanliness. Effectively oversee database cleansing activities including mergers, deletions, coding. Assisting the general running of the office by working with all support staff and local managers to ensure any issues and problems are dealt with. Suggest and implement improvements to help develop and improve the efficiency of the administration function. Maintain discretion on sensitive commercial matters.

Job Qualification

4+ years of experience as an Office Manager with relevant Bachelors Degree. Excellent communication skills, well organized and multi tasker. Knowledgeable of health and safety and compliance with relevant legislation. Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.

A multinational in the lubricants business.
