A minimum 6-8 years’ experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy. Team player/Customer service orientation. Excellent project management skills Understanding of the business and processes and the link between HR strategy and business strategy. Designs and applies change management and organizational development strategies, influences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role.
You will be responsible for strategizing and manage the operations of the Human Resources Department. This includes responsibility for the functions of Recruitment, Induction, Training, Development and Separation of Associates, as per the HR cycle. It also involves Policy Administration, Industrial Relations, Salary and Benefit programs, Safety & Security, Employment Contracts and Records and Organizational development. Support company objectives, ensuring corporate policies are within parameters of statutory obligations. Degree holder in Business Administration and/or HR Management
