3-5 years of human resource experience working with multinational companies.
Good working knowledge of UAE Employment Visa Processing & Labour Laws. Fluent in both English and Arabic. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills. Should be able to handle work pressure, critical deadlines, action oriented and takes initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive & follow-through in a fast paced, results driven environment
The HR Generalist position provides day-to-day human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers. The position will serve as a critical member of the team responsible to support the HR function for assigned divisions or functions across United Arab Emirates . Well experienced in the employee full cycle and grievances and able to apply HR best practices when it comes to recruitment. This position will partner closely and report to the HR Manager to successfully implement and drive HR initiatives.
