1-2 years of experience in managing HR/Administration duties including recruitment, onboarding experience, exit management etc.UAE experience in a good MNC is preferable.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Aptitude in MS Office. Knowledge of Human Resource fundamentals is a must.
Supporting a robust and value-added support for talent acquisition. Maintaining relevant role profiles to ensure clarity and consistency across the cluster including alignment to global principles. Leading immigration & relocation support for the concerned primos with global (internal & external) and local partners across Middle East & Africa work permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellation, shipments. Maintaining HRIS for any internal primo changes including processing of internal moves, supervisor changes, title changes, employee personal data changes, etc. Supporting primos in Middle East & Africa as and when any document is required for banking institutions, visa application or any other requirement like work experience is required. Supporting the HR team.
