Head of Organizational Development
Your role is to shape, deliver and embed organizational development strategies, learning and best practices to build a culture that aligns to the clients values and aims and will achieve sustained high performance and an excellent working environment. As part of the HR leadership team, this role will be accountable for driving the strategic people agenda for the Sales, Marketing and Commercial functions in order to deliver business goals, while ensuring a sustainable and healthy organization. This will include partnering on ongoing business transformation and cultural evolution in a dynamic internal and external environment. As a senior HR leader, you will be expected to help the organization navigate the change and build the capabilities and talent pipeline needed for the future.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred, in Business, HRM, OD or Psychology. Strong track record through a number of senior HR roles, with exceptional HR Business partnering experience. Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment. Strong communications, decision making skills, interpersonal and influence skills. Strong business and financial acumen. Experience in talent management/organization development preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is an absolute must have.
