As a part of a lean and highly dedicated team, you will lead the Food-service piece for the company. Developing the strategic business plan for the food service channel, owning its P&L would be the top line responsibilities. You will develop sales opportunities with existing accounts by analyzing sales data, minimizing order losses and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. In addition, you will identify and develop profitable business with new accounts in order to increase market share within the region. You will sell to a wide range of businesses ranging from independent cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels through to schools, colleges, universities and catering. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, business development, leading negotiations, identifying the channels’ needs and propose an action plan for steady growth and profitability would be under your purview.
10+ years of relevant experience in foodservice/HORECA. Experience of account management – key caterers, hotels and restaurant chains, and QSRs in UAE. Food category experience mandatory. You will need to be a strong communicator at all levels with a flexible approach that shows your ability to develop relationships with clients of different cultures and with different needs
