Develop and implement across the market strategy for aggressive growth in Volume, Market Share and NSR. drive and improve performance efficiency & effectiveness. Business Plan: Follow up on the business plan enablers – sales, budget tracking, market shares, pricing (NSR), distribution milestones, special plans (acceleration plans) and other agreed KPIs. People & Talent Management: Retention, Performance Management and Development of People. Lead Revenue Growth Management pillars .
