Responsible for attending end to end process for catering to the insurance claims received from clients including liaising with loss adjusters, insurers, reinsurers, clients and other stakeholders for documenting the interactions for the same and for supporting initiatives for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
Interact with clients, insurers, reinsurers for the seamless processing of claims. Ensure robust documentation of process and maintenance of records and provide MI updates to the Board on a monthly basis. Process all classes of commercial claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieve prompt resolution and settlement by working closely with insurers and loss adjusters. Maintain confidentiality of all the information related to policy and claim of the client. Build professional relationships with client, insurers, reinsurers, loss adjusters and colleagues.
10 years of non-life insurance experience of which preferable 5 years in claims management in an Insurance Broker company. Bachelor’s Degree. Insurance qualification will be added advantage. MS Office and business analytics related skills. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage. Strong Interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
