You would be responsible for the commercial success of the organization…and that is the long and short of it! Owning the strategy development to deployment you need to look aggressively at the Indian market and beyond for growth. Armed with a strategic bent of mind and ability to rally people to deliver on the execution piece is essential. Your remit would be deliver on the revenue growth, increased market share, building high performance teams, influencing to facilitate the success of the business. Strategic alignment across the team to ensure consistent and flawless execution. You would develop the strategy for goals and metrics, and design sales and incentive plans to manage global teams for high performance. embed our value propositions clearly into business development and selling activities. You will own the P&L, pricing, categories and market performance, set, track, report on and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
