Experience in banquet and events managements. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising the catering staff and managing the clients’ complaints procedure.
Essential good standard of education, preferably Bachelor’s Degree. Successful background in managing catering operations in UAE with 5+ years of experience. Excellent management experience with ability to display a real passion for food and customer service. Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan ahead and negotiation skills. Must be able to deal with stress and must have excellent time management skills. Knowledgeable about Food Safety Management System.
