The Business Development Manager has to be someone who can work independently, the achievement of topline and bottom line financial targets for the region will be your primary responsibility. Delivering sales targets by managing the activities of the distributor sales team to ensure maximum brand exposure. Management of respective trade channel using the Distributor sales and merchandising team. Ensure maintenance of distribution levels as per agreed terms for existing brands and for achieving distribution levels within the agreed time frame for NPDs. Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of demand and placing of orders by Distributors as per the SNOP output and ensuring adequate stock holding as per agreed SOP. Provide timely, accurate country and regional sales forecasts to enable efficient production at our factories.
You’ll have a considerable 7+ years of experience working within FMCG industry, with an excellent track record of increasing market share. Strong blend of operations and strategic experience (with a focus on execution).Strong experience working with a Distributor model. Excellent stakeholder management experience.
