7+ years of holistic and qualitative sales experience in the FMCG industry
Must have exposure to Distribution Management, Channel Management and Trade Marketing. Analytical skills and generating action plan basis the analysis.
Embedded with the distributor you would be managing the country. Working closely with the distributors and the sales team you would lead the sales fundamentals targets, develops deep customer understanding as SWOT, category roles, customer business reviews, team & customer action plans, develop sales plans and budgets for all trade channels in KSA. Work on the joint business planning, IMS, work closely with the international teams to implement the marketing and trade marketing plans. It is a standalone role and requires a highly processed individual who does not need micro management to deliver.
