At least 2 years’ experience of product management or marketing or sales in the cheese category, Demonstrable expertise of creating Brand Strategy in FMCG, ATL experience across the full marketing mix, Possessed commercial and analytical mindset and has the Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. You would be responsible for leading the organization in products Innovations, products renovations, Quality enhancements, Ingredient Value Engineering, Demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein. Develop & Design basis the consumer Interface, Feedback and understanding the Market: Design and Development: Disruptive Innovation (partner with business teams on developing and launching disruptive innovation, which is first in the market to build the competitive advantage to build the futuristic product categories in the market). (Innovation products which are ahead by more 2% gross margin from the Core). Lead the team to create the concept and demonstrate the same in the ‘Road Show’. Creating a future pipeline of the products. Building the partnership with Vendors and Business Partners and to develop the products. Recommend next phase of Technology (Jointly). Partnering with the Scale-up team and commercialize the product. Lead development of the team through Deployment of Training Plans and Coaching- Ensure proper utilization of a team’s potential and capability through effective team management
