You will lead the strategic marketing communications and operational delivery of activity for the organisation. You will define and drive the brand to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activity. You will be passionate about the importance of excellent marketing communications and have creative ideas for how the organisation’s presence and brand recognition can be further developed to support brand awareness, market penetration and engagement. You would develop mutually beneficial partnerships with digital partners, agencies, creatives, influencers and media. You would be responsible for ensuring media spendings on retail and eCommerce channels are well within the budgets. You will drive Content, social media and communication Plans for any Scaled Multi-brand Initiative and would have strong leadership capabilities.
An ideal candidate would have a mix of client and agency experience in communications especially media & digital experience of 10+ years. You would have strong digital content experience and influencer marketing capabilities in the Retail, E-commerce and FMCG industries. You would have handled a multi-brand portfolio in large regions.
