The candidate will be accountable for profitable business growth of the company and will be responsible for the modern trade account market share. You will work to influence the business and drive relationships between you and the customer. You will lead the annual account negotiation, draw upon the global best practice pool of the organization, make recommendations relevant to market needs, own the ROI on the spend. You would also need to ensure execution at an optimal level with absolute compliance with the regional planning and strategy team. As a successful Key Account Manager you will assist in all elements of the business processes including forecasting, promotional planning/evaluation, business and market reporting.
4+ years of relevant work experience in Modern Trade in the FMCG environment. Relevant Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Must be a great negotiator, high analytic skills, build and maintain strong business relationships. Sound knowledge of MS Office Applications. Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to challenging working environments. Only Saudi Nationals will be considered.
