Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Organizational Psychology is a plus. Prior OD /L&D management experience of 15 + plus years. Flexible, adaptable, ability to handle fast pace and operate with ambiguity. Experience with: Talent Development/Management, Organizational Design, Change Management and Transformation, High executive maturity with the ability to influence.
The role is open for engagement with candidates based outside of the GCC as well. Since the client organization is driving their gender diversity agenda…we would entertain only ladies for the role.
