You will be responsible for managing corporate sales and business development for the B2B sector. You will generate on-going sales of new and existing customers and provide a localized manager presence in select areas as determined. Maintain and expand customer base by collecting market and team feedback and building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities. Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. Establish sales objectives by creating sales plan and quota for districts in support of organizational objectives. Lead the sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, and hiring. Aims to ensure that the set objectives with sales team are followed and measured to evaluate each team member and provide feedback accordingly.
6+ years of experience in HR/Manpower Services industry preferably with relevant Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience in B2B Sales is mandatory. Strong communication skills, negotiator, adaptable and flexible. Sound knowledge of MS Office Applications. Looking for someone who is professional, self-motivated and passionate about sales.
