You will initiate and drive Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan and developing volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. Experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies, identifying new opportunities and creating within the system would be critical. Mange the van sales operation in order to generate growth and profitability within the assigned region. Achieving the sales numbers to generate maximum volume and margin, Planing an effective go to market strategy which would optimize the assigned territory leading to full coverage. Facilitate cooperative work by building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective team work across all functions. Develop and sustain a strong partnership with customers to influence decision making.
7+ years of experience in Traditional Trade / Wholesale channel with relevant Bachelors degree. Prior experience in FMCG industry and Pharmacy Channels are mandatory. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop new territories, networking and portray leadership qualities. Must have strong experience in distributor management.
