You will lead the development and execution of the company's strategy, which is centered around mergers & acquisitions. You would analyze potential acquisition targets, conducting feasibility studies and due diligence; maximizing returns through pursuing strategies for value creation.
You will be primarily responsible for driving and delivering the people strategies. The role will drive excellence in talent acquisition, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with the leadership and senior management teams.
