We are looking for a well-rounded Packaging Development Head for a renowned consumer goods organization. To get the ball rolling, we need a thought leader who can look at the big picture and roll up his sleeves to deliver an enhanced experience for internal stakeholders and building capabilities of the team. Assume responsibility for the design and delivery of primary and secondary packaging for NPD and product renovation initiatives for both Foods and HPC businesses.
You would be responsible for a specific territory and would need to build new accounts and manage the existing ones. Holds experience in all the channels. Need to maintain good relations with clients, handle negotiations, achievement of sales targets and execute Business Development Agreements.

You would look at the overall performance of the manufacturing units and the sales. A techno-commercial background would be great to have. Developing and implementing strategies to fix the gaps, optimize the business, creating efficiencies and synergies you would be accountable for the P&L and seamless flow of the export sales which is key.
