Our client: provides high quality financial analysis services to global customers. They specialize in credit research, business valuation, investment feasibilities, equity research, resource augmentation, ESG ratings, financial modelling, and FP&A work. They are looking for a VP Business Development to lead the sales and leadership for the KSA market.

Your role: VP of Business Development who will be responsible for maintaining great customer relations and strategically developing the key accounts into larger revenue streams. The role is to generate, develop and close business opportunities for the company. The person will have knowledge, understanding and a wide network within the financial services/investment market and be responsible for proactive sales of the company’s full product portfolio within and beyond their network. Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with the customer/company and its key decision makers. Develop and lead the customer acquisition strategy. Onboard, maintain and develop key accounts. Using their industry knowledge to help refine the sales process for the platform. Travel to meet with clients and use their industry knowledge to help refine and enhance sales, product, and account management processes. Generate new opportunities with existing customers, pitch and present products and conduct client demos. Negotiate pricing with clients and manage the upscale process to contract completion. Report account performance and upscale activities results.

Must haves: 12+ years of leadership position in the consulting, FINTECH or financial services industry within the MENA regions, with a preference for experience in the KSA market. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the company professionally.
